Q. Does this product work like Rograine?

A. No this product is just like any shampoo and conditioning system, with the exceptions of the fact that we are SLS and Paraben Free. It's just like making the decision to eat healthier.  You are now simply using healthier products on your hair.

Q. Can I use it with natural or relaxed hair?

A. Yes.  Our products works on all types of hair?

Q.  How soon will I see results?

A. Results vary from client to client. Some has seen immediate results, others in as little as 90 days.

Q. Can I use a blow dryer or flat iron?

A. Absolutely.  Again our products act the same as any other products.  As a matter of fact, your hair style will look superb after using our products.

Q. Why does the shampoo lather differently?

A. SLS is a lathering agent. Our shampoo is SLS free but contain natural lathering agents, that may have a different feel.  If you use  gel, mousse, or hair spray on your hair, apply conditioner first to break the bonds of the chemicals then apply shampoo.

Q. What is SLS and Parabens?

A.  I have given a detailed answer to that question on the main page. Parabens are artificial preservatives.

Q. Can I use it on my children's hair?

A.  Yes you can, however, please be careful and not let the product get into eyes as we do not have the anti tear ingredient found in most baby and children's  shampoos.

Q. Why are the prices on your website different from in the store?

A. The prices on the website are the prices of the product and the suggested prices for our stores however, the store reserves the right to sell the product for whatever price the store deems necessary.

Q. Can I get my products fragrance free?

A. Yes, we can make a special product when ordered through the website.  Must indicate fragrance free request in the comment section when ordering.
